I've got a better idea.  Since ABC is so damned concerned with turning a
profit, and since (as someone else has already mentioned), TP is basically
for people with IQ's higher than their shoe size, maybe we should press the
producers to terminate their contract with ABC altogether, and get it on a
network that has had a history of "intellectual" programming, namely, PBS.
If they can have Dr. Who for god-knows-how-long, why can't TP prosper there,
too? 


Just a thought....(mostly because if somebody *does* make a decent cable
channel, I'm SOL, since we don't get cable....)
