As a REALLY new TP fan (I watched 24 hours, from episode 1 to present,
in 6 days, and am now caught up), I am not happy about the impending
doom of the show.  Here is a suggestion I haven't seen posted:

   Write the sponsors!

When people want a show cancelled, they are good at writing sponsors,
threatening to boycott the products.  LET'S TRY THE REVERSE!  Write the
sponsors and THANK them for having the guts to advertise on a show that
is a cut above the rest of the drek on TV.  While you're at it, tell
them about yourself (age, marital status, occupation, income level), so
they get some good demographic info.  Ask them to exert whatever influence
they have with ABC to keep TP on.  Tell them you will buy their products
over the competition's.
