Do what I do.  I try to limit the distribution of articles with
plot-related info to 'na' (North America).  (I post the FAQ to the
world, but include a spoiler warning.)  That way, they shouldn't
go to Australia.  Easy to do (just edit the header) and saves
bandwidth.  No need to be rude and Ameri-centric.
