"Invitation to Love" is what's happening off in the Lodge Zone. 
Characters there have direct correlation to characters in Twin Peaks, 
though the correlations are a mystery (possibly because so much of 
"Invitation to Love" is sitting on TP's cutting room floor.

Thus, BOB was addressing Maddy by her ItL name when he bellowed, "Leland 
says you're going back to Missoula, MONTANA!"
