I'd bet on it.  I've long had the feeling that they are still around.  
The face of Laura superimposed on Donnas plus Donnas wierd behaviour
at the begining of the season would tend to support this.  And the
name Ghostwood...  It all seems to be fitting together.

The question is, will we ever get a chance to find out exactly what 
all of this was leading up to?
