I disagree with that last bit. Why encourage them to toss your letter into a bin, unopened except possibly by some bored temp they hired to handle the extra mail. Instead, you should summon every ounce of secretarial panache you possess! Create the most impressively professional-looking business letter possible, with NO externally visible hint of its contents. Use high grade paper and a nice typewriter or laser printer -- no dot matrix junk. Sign the letter, in blue ink. Crack that Secretary's Handbook for the appropriate layout and style. Remind yourself that the goal is to reach Iger's desk. You probably won't make it all the way, but how close can you come? His executive assistant? A professional letter is your best chance.
