Some cities don't have chapters yet because the entire organization is less than 2 weeks old!!!!! Keith, just start one in Cleveland. I don't think anyone has as of yet. As for a fax machine...just go to a Kinko's or some other massive copy center. They will send a fax for you for $1 or so. Small price for the show.
