I read Mr. Cappel's plans with enthusiasm, and tried to write an
E-Mail letter to him, but my link doesn't recognise his addess, I
would appreciate some E-Mail from you Mr. Cappel on the subject.

Also, I don't believe Buffalo has a chapter of COOP. I know of
several friends who would be enthusiatic about joining one, myself
as well, of course. Is there a northeast branch we in Buffalo could
tag on to?
