Not lately - I'm not sure he's even been in Seattle since Blue Velvet... 
He was born in Yakima, is a U. Dub grad, and Lynch picked him out of a 
Seattle theatre for Dune. After Dune turned out to be a flop, he went 
back to Seattle for plays for a coupla years, then when Lynch wanted to 
Blue Velvet, he gave Kyle a call - and the guy's never looked back since.
