Don't have the list, but be wary of one thing: A lot of people will tell 
you that the Salish Lodge was used for the Great Northern Hotel. This is 
not true- Salish was used for EXTERIORS ONLY. The nearby Kiana Lodge was 
used for interiors for the Great Northern, and for the Martell lodge.
