They have no excuse, if their [more deletions] Actually, unless a person is in a household with a TV gizmo that actually reports what they are watching (I think one of the rating systems does this), it doesn't make a difference what you actually do, only what you report. For example, I believe Nielsen families keep logs that are checked off/filled out by hand. Likewise, if you are polled by phone, you can report you watched TP whether you did or not. They don't quiz you about the plot to validate your response or have some detective investigate you. So ask your friends to say they watch TP even if they don't watch and to write letters to ABC thanking them for bringing it back :-) Seriously, though, do encourage people to watch. Many people are convinced one has to be a Peaks Freak to understand what is going on and to enjoy it. Try and make the point that this is not the case, that they will enjoy it even if they don't know anything about what went on before, but if they are curious, you can bring them up to date on the high points. "Try it! You'll like it!" ought to be our motto. Also, if you are watching with what the RHPS people call 'virgins', don't volunteer comments on what is going on. Wait to be asked. -Rich (Nimzowitsch Defense) Haller
