She was called in to investigate the claim by the Mountie mole that Coop was involved in a drug scam. Denise's investigation and the whole incident at the cabin with Jean Renault cleared Coop of this charge, so Denise's job was fini, and she presumably went on to her next case. (2) Albert is not an Agent at Large. He's a forensic pathologist. When he's been around, it's because his area of knowledge was required. Otherwise, there are no doubt other cases that he's working on. (3) Gordon is the district chief. As such, he's got other cases to deal with. Twin Peaks is *not* the only crime site around, after all. At any rate, by now, you've noticed that he's shown up again to restore Coop's status as an FBI Special Agent. -- "If I haven't explained Jerry, it's because he really can't be explained." -- Dan'l Danehy-Oakes --- jayembee (Jerry Boyajian, DEC, "The Mill", Maynard, MA) boyajian%ruby.DEC@DECWRL.DEC.COM or ...!decwrl!ruby.enet.dec.com!boyajian
