Subject: latest episode

I really enjoyed the latest episode, taken all in all.
Parts of it pissed me off.  I was all set to enjoy the usual 
slam bang ending and instead we get that succubus creature
attacking/seducing Truman.  I don't even want to know why she
would bother and I'm sick to death of Lynch's femme fatales!
 
On the other hand, there was something so sweet about Cooper's
scene's with Annie, that made me laugh out loud. 
 
Parts of it remind me of a Hardy Boy adventure story
but other parts capture my imagination. I want to know, for instance,
if the FBI boss is experiencing physical changes in his ears or
if his deafness is psychosomatic. Maybe he just doesn't want to
hear anything but Shelley's voice. Could be the start of a romance.
He'd be quite a change after Leo! 
 
The Nadine sub-plot is starting to interest me again. 
Is she finally starting to recover?  Will it affect her eyesight?
