This is an open letter of congratulations and appreciation to our own 
Fiona Oceanstar, whose article "Appreciating alt.tv.twin-peaks" appeared 
in the March 1991 (Volume 1, Number 2) issue of the _Twin_Peaks_Gazette_. 
It's an excellent, well-written article that captures the flavor and
character of this newsgroup and carries word of our existence beyond the 
initiated.  Your words do us proud, Fiona.  Thanks.
