I agree.  Lynch clearly gives us the definitve Gordon Cole.  All other
portrayals of this sensitive, misunderstood FBI man pale as Lynch
explores his psyche and soul.  Forget the Mandy Patinkin Gordon Cole,
the Efram Zimbalist Jr., the Crispin Glover, and *especially* forget
the damn animated series!  David Lynch *is* Gordon Cole.
