I don't know if this is true [doubtful], but like vampire owls, it has
that certain indefinable something which marks it as true to the 
SCREWBALL REALITY of Twin Peaks. True Imagination. Congratulations,
Mr. Ramos. Most speculation of this sort sank away after Leland
sputtered and splattered...
