Everyone who gets them starts to twitch in the right hand. When Bob is emerging(escaping?) from the gate/door/portal, he begins by straining through with his right hand. It twitches like the others. Also, you could see the sympathetic reactions to all the psychic energies around in Leo and Major Briggs as the shook on the floor.
