The way I interpreted this scene is that BOB is waiting for the planets
to align so he can _Leave_ the Black Lodge.  Perhaps he is annoyed with
all of the mayhem he has created, only to see that someone else has
"Taken Credit" for his actions. (i.e. "Why is it that a man dressed up
like a bat, get all of my press!) I guess we'll just have to wait...
and wait...and wait...to find out.
