I have a friend who made a short horror film/parody on this hoary idea, starring his six-year-old son. The great part was in the climatic fight scene between the kid and his hand, the hand would attack in the classic Three Stooges "pick two" position, and the kid would counter with the equally classic hand-in-front-of-the-nose defense. It was hilarious, makes me wish AGAIN I was writing Twin Peaks, AND is a heck of a good self-defense tip, should any of us, god forbid, ever find ourselves attacked by one of our own hands.
