I don't know about the rest of the country, but in western
Mass. and southern New Hampshire, the book has yet to be seen
because of some problem with the publisher's warehouse in Connecticut.
I don't know if this means the rest of New England has also been 
"cut off" but that's what my local bookstore clerk told me.
The closest warehouse that has the autobiography is apparently
in Tennessee.
