Apparently the complaint has been "upheld" by the Broadcasting Standards Authority (or some such body). It is unclear what the consequences of this is. The only clear one is that they have to publish the fact in a certain TV Guide (Radio Times). I suspect that nothing will really happen but if (when) the series is repeated that scene will be shortened. (I think I saw a posting here about this a week ago).
