Before you guys get too carried away.  Remember that TP is *pretty
unusual* for U.S. television.  I haven't lived in the U.K. for five
years now but despite this recent controversy, British T.V.
characteristically plays a *much* broader spectrum of programmes 95%
of which are more innovative than 99% of the garbage that appears over
here.
