Has anyone read this book?  I know that the writing style and narrative are a 
bit awkward, but the storyline is really quite fascinating.  Living here in 
Philadelphia, where according to the book Dale grew up, it's interesting to 
read about some of the more off-the-wall areas of the city.

Also, the bit about his mother's ring tied up its use as a symbol in TP quite 
nicely.

If anyone has saved any posted commentary on the book, I would be REALLY 
apruciative if you would mail it to me.
