Fans go nuts, some network executive says David we can make a buck here. So rather than do it right, here is the formula to use. And David does it. Rather than plan to complete a 'complete work of art' what you do is plan a work of art you can work on as long as possible. What you get in the end is an incomplete work of art. Actually, we have an allegory here: Lynch is Coop, the black lodge is ABC TV, Lynch the black lodge and comes out tainted. Oh well.
