Well, Thomas probably couldn't run particularly fast, since he's been
dead for several episodes. However, it doesn't seem that Andrew would have
had much chance either. And Audrey would have had to undo her handcuffs --
unless she suddenly got Nadine's strength and took the door with her.

On another note, if the story continues from here... Pete and Audrey
would make interesting allies for Coop within the Lodge, if their souls
end up there.
