I interpreted it as BOB showing Coop that they were BLOOD BROTHERS, the
Black & White Lodges being Red Indian ideas.

Or possibly BOB was pissed with Coop for squeezing the toothpaste in the
middle. Perhaps Laura used to do that in the Black Lodge Bathroom ???

Any thoughts ?
