In regards to the question as to who the new Annie may be, it could either be
Laura since she was in the Lodge too, and/or it may be Windom's wife who Dale
supposedly was the cause of her death.My theory is that the black and white
lodges are somehow connected and that the girls were able to jump from one
lodge into the next trying to regain life in the same way that Bob had been
able to do. Either that or they were already in the Black Lodge, sucked in
there by Bob to lure in Cooper for his or Earle's body and the girls saw their
chance to escape and took it.

Just something to make you go, hmmmmmm....
