Well, if you haven't already read my message, I agree that David Lynch never
intended to bring it all to a conclusion -- but not because he'd sold out.
It's because he didn't want to sell out by forcing everything to have a neat
ending.

And, in a sense, Twin Peaks (with some editing of gratuitous subplots from
the middle of this season) does stand as a complete work of art.  A pretty
nihilistic one, but one nonetheless...
