Unless there is another project in the works, this probably refers to a
segment of the now-defunct "American Chronicles" series on Fox.  A project
of Mark Frost, it had some great documentary pieces.  At the beginning of
last season, critics called one of the best shows of the new season.  But,
being billed as a documentary and with virtually no promotion from Fox,
it was the lowest rated series of the whole year, and quietly disappeared.
One of the segments was about Hugh Hefner.

Just another indication of the sad state of network TV (and the viewing
habits of Joe Six-Pack).
