I uploaded some more Twin Peaks sounds to audrey.sait.edu.au a while back.
I haven't looked lately but I think they're still there.  A brief description
of each sound follows.

urge.au :
(Ben, in the lodge after talking to Dick about medical bills
resulting from a weasel bite to his nose)
Ben: "Sometimes the urge to do bad.... is nearly overpowering"

(Dale, to Truman in Truman's office shortly after discovering
    the first body left by Windom Earle)
Dale: "Let's get one thing straight; I work for you now.  You say
    drink coffee, I drink coffee."
holy_smokes.au :
(Hawk, Dale, and Truman in Truman's office shortly after
    discovering the first body left by Windom Earle)
Hawk: "Shelly Johnson called.  She said Leo came to last night,
    attacked her, and ran off into the woods."
Dale: "Holy smokes..."
straight.au :
(Pete, to Catherine and Andrew after discovering he is still alive)
Pete: "Now let me get this straight.  You... didn't die... in the
    boat accident."
