You could be right.  I'd have to see it again, to be sure.  However, I don't
remember dopplegangers ever coming out of the black lodge.  There's been
speculation that the coop in the bathroom scene was a doppleganger, but I
don't remember any proof that a doppleganger actually left the black lodge.
