When I saw him in that makeup, my first thought was, "He's doing it!  He's
found a way to become an evil Magus and it's working!  He'll get in that
Black Lodge for sure!"  Then I got disappointed next time we saw him and he
looked NORMAL.  I had hoped it was a progressive Dugpa kinda thing...

This ties in quite nicely with the recent "domino" observation.  As the new
bad guy becomes the "baddest dude in TP" (Leo to Hank to the Asian Man to Windom)
he does it not by being even badder than the previous bad guy, but by beating
the previous bad guy in a situation where he just sort of wimps out and gives
up his crown.  Leo didn't really STAND UP to Hank, etc.  Sure enough, WE wasn't
as BAD as his previous personal best, and BOB cleaned his clock.  Sigh.
