(I'm not being as facetious here as it might seem--there's nothing that says that you go directly from the Black Lodge to the White Lodge, only that one happens before the other. He could have been there years ago, and maybe not even remember it, or at least not feel it's necessary to divulge how and when he got there.) Barb Miller
