One very important entry seems to be left out.

Feb 88 - Theresa Banks murdered in Southwest Washington state.  This was
 stated in 1006 or so, by Andy to Cooper and Albert in reference
 to his research on "Leo locked in Hungry Horse".  Andy found that
 Leo was arrested in HH Montana at the time of the murder, so thus
 couldn't be the fingernail killer.

I believe the actual date was given in the episode, but I'm not sure.
Someone might want to check the particulars.
