There is one other thing that should be said about Harry Dean
Stanton here:
 
 He is one hell of a nice guy!  :) Way back when he had just
finished working on A:I:L:E:N (one of my FAVE movies by the way)
he frequented a bar/nightclub I was manager of in west L.A.
Calif called "The Troubadour".  One night over 2 or 3 drinks too
many I asked him about A:I:L:E:N (it had not yet been released)
and among other things he told me "There is this one scene where
we are hold this guy down on a table and all of a sudden blood
starts flying and sound effects start going off, we had no idea
what the hell was going. Scott hadn't told us what was going to
happen and it about scared the s___ out of us! Poor Cartwright
dammed near looked right into the camera she was so surprised!"
 
(It was something very close to this anyway, it's been a long time)
 
 I very much look forward to seeing HDS in the new movie, he's a
fine actor and I don't think we see enough of him.  By the way is
there anyone around here besides me who would have reall enjoyed
seeing MacLachian play the part of the indestructible bad guy in T2?
