I stated quite clearly in the first part of the posting that this is a Sun SPARCstation audio file. That is, if you have a Sun SPARCstation or compatible and use the "play" program (source in /usr/demo/SOUND), you will hear Agent Cooper from the popular (but evidently not popular enough ;^) TV series "Twin Peaks" making his report to Diane. This was recorded from the TV. It will not be of any use to someone who only has access to a VMS system as VAXes do not have the audio hardware to play it. I believe there are programs to convert Sun .au files to Macintosh sound files, but I do not have any more details than this. You might try asking on alt.sex.sounds.
