I don't like what the characters have degenerated into, nor do I like the soapy "melodramas", eg, stories about Troi's idiot mother and etc. If I want sci-fi, I watch Blake's 7. There, I said it, I feel better now... :^) Obligatory TP: Spoilers?? Proceed with caution... I tend to agree with those who say Coop was not in the Black Lodge at the end of the series. He was hanging out in a Waiting Room of sorts. Now, Coop's Ka is still trapped in this Waiting Room as I understand it, while his body returned to TP. Coop is in a bad way without his Ka. Without it he is unbalanced, and there is nothing to prevent his dark side from overshadowing everything and anything he does or encounters while alive in the world. This is akin to what Hawk was saying about facing one's dark side. If Coop isn't killed or if someone can't help him or his Ka to re-unite himself, then he will not get beyond his dark side and make it to the entrance of the White Lodge. Coop entered the Black Lodge when he returned to TP without his Ka.....which is still trapped inside the Waiting Room. -- rj pietkivith | "Where blizzards, lash the spirit of man, att!ihlpz!rjp1 | the frailest of beasts." -- Genesis, Pacidy
