I actually discussed this when I posted the list last June. From my
reading of the last episode (and of episode 2016, where Josie and
Thomas die), it is very likely all of the above characters are
dead. Of course everyone is free to disagree with me, since I
could certainly be proven wrong by a third season of TP. But since
I keep the list, I make the decisions on how to resolve ambiguities.
