I read in a newspaper article a looong time ago (it's stored in Colorado, and I'm in Massachusetts, so don't ask me for the reference), that Frank Silva works a lot for Patricia Norris, who was the production designer for "Twin Peaks" as well as (I believe) _Blue Velvet_ and _Wild at Heart_.
