The autopsy stated that she had had intercourse with 3 men in the last 24
hours. It is clear from what Coop says in various episodes that we are
supposed to believe that those three men were Leo, Jacques and Leland/BOB.

I'm not sure that the last is ever stated as clearly as that, but while it is
possible that someone other that Leland (e.g., Bobby or James) is the third
person, it is less likely than Leland/BOB.  I can't recall if Coop actually states
that Leland/BOB was sexually molesting Laura on a regular basis before her 
death, but if not, we are surely given strong hints that this was the case. 
Likewise, while Laura's diary never explicitly states this either, we are
obviously meant to draw this conclusion.
