If I remember correctly Cooper does state that Leland, actually Bob, was
molesting her in one of the episodes possibly the one where they have
Leland in the cell...+/- a few episodes.  I had assumed that was why
Agent Cooper had that disturbed look in that episode.  Of course, I 
may be mistaken...it's been a long time.
