Subject: did anyone else receive defective tapes??? :-(

I had the good fortune to receive the 'collector-boxed-set' of the first seven
episodes; unfortunately, episode #1 has a serious 'glitch' (video and audio) at
the point where Cooper first meets Audrey.  Episode #7 has a series of glitches
in which the picture jumps but the audio is unaffected.  I wouldn't ask this
question if it were not for the fact that I exchanged episode #1 and received
another defective tape...  Has anyone else experienced this??
