Strange. The BBC showed the first of the final two episodes two days after it had first aired in the US. The last episodes were aired in the US after a long delay because the BBC had caught up rapidly by showing both series without a break, except for a couple of weeks at christmas. Are you really claiming that RTE showed the final episodes before the US viewers saw them, and more, that no-one in either the UK or Ireland has mentioned that until now. That includes the Irish members of the very active UK based mailing list at the time. Bob.
