Nit: "VHS" is a physical format, and is a worldwide standard. Mechanically,
European VHS VCRs and American VHS VCR's are the same. What differs between
American and European VCRs is the format of the video signal itself. I
think what you mean is that they have an NTSC-format deck (the American
standard), rather than a PAL- or SECAM-format deck (the European standards).

FIRE WALK WITH ME is *not* a TV-movie. It's going to be released theatrically
in both Europe and the US at roughly the same time (circa late August or
September), after debuting at the Cannes Film Festival.

This is completely aside from the fact that what you've offered to do is
video piracy.
