I've saved all the postings about Snoqualmie since I started reading
this newsgroup, planning for the day when I could make the trip (hasn't
happened yet). The oldest posting dates to August 1990. When people
ask this question I usually send them the whole mess. One person
sent me as a thank you a postcard of Snoqualmie Falls, written at the 
counter of the RR while he was eating (what else) cherry pie. Definitely 
made my week (thanks Jim!).

I don't really have time right now to make a nice FAQ list, and it would
probably be done better by someone who's actually been to these
places. I'll mail the whole file to anyone whose interested in doing
it, or who just wants to plan their own trip.
