Or rather, MIKE seeing the face of God (whatever that means) and chopping
the arm is established, but the LMFAP's origin is not official.  But still...

Word has it that a scene where the LMFAP tells Cooper "i aM tHE aRM" (as
I try to approximate backwardspeak) in the Black Lodge was cut because
the script over-ran.
