Subject: David helps us out. From: kwh@CS.CMU.EDU (Kevin Hartmann) Date: 1992-09-01, 11:01 Newsgroups: alt.tv.twin-peaks Who didn't like the one subtitle that included the definition for Gormonbozia? I think Lynch should have ommitted the parenthetical definition and explained in some other manner that it meant pain and suffering. This was similar to all of the audience-heard thoughts in Dune. i.e. Muad-dib: "My name is a killing word." Kevin p.s. Then again, if he didn't put the definition in, I could be posting something like: Gormonbozia sounds like garbonzo beans which are actually chick-peas. The chick that likes a lot of peas is Mrs. Hayward. So TMFAP and TOAM only wanted the same kind of peas that Mrs. Hayward eats. (that's not to much to ask for) p.s. I apologize to all of the N.O.W. members out there for the use of my word 'chick'.
