Why, obviously he starts all over again.  "It is happening again,"
remember?

This brings to mind an interesting point.  Teresa's letter was a T... the
LAST in the name.  Laura's was an R, beginning the cycle.  Maddy, the 
next one BOB marked as a victim (by attacking her in #2002), got the O.
Ronnette got a B one episode later.  He's going through the letters in
sequence, it seems.

This would mean that, instead of being the beginning of a cycle, Teresa
Banks was the end of one.  But what exactly was repeating in this
cycle?...
