This is a rather interesting question. Humm in the Euro-Movie the tatoo said 
"Fire Walk With Me", but in the TV show then the OAM (when not possesed by 
MIKE) said that there was a tatoo on the arm that he lost and that it said 
"BOB" then he started to cry and he told us that BOB was a veterinarian whi 
was a friend of his. Then Cooper and gang goto BOB's offices and confiscate 
his files. In them he findes Waldo a mina birsd owned by Renoulght. I wonder 
who that Bob was he is obiously in someway related to all this because he 
was very close with the OAM and because Renoulght used him.
