Annie was definitely ALIVE in that final scene: Truman does say she's fine... in the hospital... (those two statements could cancel each other out, I suppose... if you look at it that way). As for Doc's expression - this could very well indicate a coma or something "not good" with regard to Annie's condition -- but, I mean, give the guy (Doc, I mean) a break -- he'd had a bad day himself, you know? Shortly thereafter, the health of Annie Blackburn still in question, the behavior of Special Agent Dale Cooper was noticed __________________________to have changed. Scott Gorcey.
